Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be modified or cancelled unless a system error or event cancellation occurs. It is important to carefully review your selections before confirming your bet to avoid any mistakes. Once confirmed, the bet is registered in your account, and you will receive a notification that your bet has been placed successfully.

Postponed Events

In the case of a postponed event, we maintain a 48-hour window to ensure the bet remains valid. If the event is rescheduled and completed within this time frame, your bet will still be honored. If the event is not completed within 48 hours, your bet will be refunded.

For example, if a football match is postponed due to weather conditions and the game is played within 48 hours, the bet remains valid, and the outcome will be decided. However, if the event is postponed beyond this period, the bet is considered void, and you will receive a refund.

Incorrect Odds or Listings

If you place a bet based on incorrect odds or event details, such as wrong team names, event dates, or any other misrepresentation, we reserve the right to void or adjust the bet. This correction will be made based on the correct and official odds or event details.

For example, if a system error causes the odds to display incorrectly, we will void any bets placed at the incorrect odds and refund any associated stake. If the error is discovered after the bet has been placed, we will ensure that the correct odds are applied or offer a refund.

Suspicious Activity

We take fraudulent and suspicious betting activities very seriously. Our system monitors bets for unusual or potentially fraudulent patterns, including but not limited to bet manipulation, account abuse, or coordinated betting activities. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to:

Cancel any bets that are suspected to be fraudulent.

Suspend accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activities, pending further investigation.

Forfeit winnings obtained through fraudulent practices.

If you believe your account has been involved in suspicious activities or notice something unusual, please contact our support team immediately.

Betting Limits

To maintain fair play and comply with regulatory requirements, betting limits may be imposed on your account. These limits are based on factors such as:

Your account activity (e.g., frequency of betting, bet amounts, win/loss history).

Regulatory requirements imposed by our licensing authorities.

Voluntary limits that you set within your account settings (e.g., deposit limits, bet limits, time limits).

These limits may apply to individual bets, daily, weekly, or monthly betting amounts, and will be outlined in your account. If you wish to change or remove any limits, please contact our customer support team.

Event Settlement

All bets placed on Betting Boomerang are settled based on the official results provided by the relevant sporting authorities. This means that:

Official results from the organizing body of the event will be used to determine the outcome of a bet. For example, the result of a football match will be taken from the league or tournament’s official scoreboard.

In the case of a technical malfunction or dispute over the results, the official governing body’s ruling will be considered final.

If there is a discrepancy between our records and the official result, we will make the necessary adjustments based on official sources.

Void Bets

A bet will be considered void under the following circumstances:

Event cancellation: If the event you bet on is canceled and not rescheduled, the bet will be void.

Abandonment: If an event is abandoned and no result can be declared, your bet will be void and your stake will be refunded.

System Error: If a bet was placed due to a system malfunction or error, it will be void, and the stake will be refunded.

In all cases of voided bets, you will be notified, and your stake will be returned in full.

Live Betting Delays

In live betting, odds are updated in real-time as the event progresses. To ensure fairness, all bet placements are logged with precise timestamps, and the time of the bet placement is recorded.

However, there may be slight delays in the updates of live odds due to network issues or technological factors. The odds you see when you place your bet are the real-time odds. If there is a delay between when you see the odds and when the system processes the bet, the actual odds may differ slightly by the time the bet is confirmed.

In cases where live betting odds are delayed, we will adjust the betting outcomes and settlements based on the official results at the time of the bet’s confirmation.
